Fair value assessment of all property in the municipality
The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) determines the fair value assessment of all property in the municipality. SAMA conducts revaluations every 4 years. The four-year cycle is determined by provincial government regulations. The 2025 revaluation will see assessed values updated to reflect a new base date of January 1, 2023. The next revaluation will be in 2029.

RM Commercial Mill Rate Factor = 1.765
Property Taxes = $6,720.37
