The RM of Winslow No. 319 is a member of the Prairie West District Planning Commission. Although the planning to bring this group together began in 2010, it was formally approved by the Community Planning Branch of Saskatchewan in 2016. Other members include:

The purpose of the District Plan is to provide a comprehensive policy framework to guide the physical, environmental, economic, social, and cultural development of the District.
