Fire Ban Notice – May 27, 2025

Please be advised that the RM of Winslow has been placed under an Extreme Fire Risk advisory. Effective on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 all fires will be prohibited throughout the RM of Winslow No. 319. This is authorized by the Council of the RM of Winslow No. 319. Conditions will be reviewed every Tuesday.

The following activities are prohibited within the specified area:
– campfires
– fires burning woody debris in outdoor stoves
– the use of tiki torches, fireworks, firecrackers, sky lanterns, burning barrels or burning cages of any size or description
– the use of binary exploding targets (e.g. for rifle target practice).
