To obtain a primary weight permit for all agricultural uses please fill out the form below and return it by either fax (306-356-2085) or email ([email protected] or [email protected]) to our office.  If you have more than one unit that requires a permit you can list the additional equipment on a separate page. 

Once we receive the request at our office we will review it and then send the authorized form back to you. All permit holders receive road restriction emails from Roadata. 

One primary weight sticker for 3 RM’s.

New in 2020 is a regional primary weight permit that is sold for $300, through Roadata, that includes the RM of Prairiedale No. 321, RM of Oakdale No. 320 and RM of Winslow No. 319.
